Abalone is a two-player strategy game designed by Michel Lalet and Laurent Levi in 1987, in which each player controls opposite color marbles on a hexagonal board. The aim of the game is to take the board six channels of the opponent. The board is formed by 61 circular holes, distributed hexagonally. Each player has 14 gaps that fit into the gaps and begins the game distributed on its side of the board, according to the initial setup shown in the rules. The game is developed by alternating Turns between the players, starting the black game. The game ends when a player is able to eject the board 6 channels of the opponent.
