I am a Licensed Massage therapist & I believe this is a great product for what it is. Obviously nothing can replace the full benefits of actual Massage from a therapist, but this is a great in between massages product, very relaxing & good go to in times of need for some pain relief.
I bought this product for myself…after long days on my feet giving massages, I needed something to help me get through to the next day. I recommend getting a foot roller/massager as well to complete this…but you can use the detachable pillow…I would just be concerned about putting too much pressure on the pillow to avoid burning up the motor.

This is a great massage and heat mat. The best feature of the mat is that the neck pillow can be completely detached, and used on other body parts separately. I like to use it on my lumbar region. It’s nice and soft and gives a perfect back massage, even though it’s designed as a neck massager.

It is really good value for the money. With this item, I can get massage to the shoulder, back, lumbar, led and neck. It has built in heat option also. I love love love the remote that’s included because it gives you the option of using the massager (that includes heat by the way) for a specific part of your body.
